Guest House
The Guest House is a facility for users staying at SPring-8 and SACLA (hereinafter “SPring-8, etc.”) to use for naps or waiting.

Restaurant
The cafeteria is self-service. You may freely choose from a wide range of menu items, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, noodles, curry, and more.
Payment is made via a settlement system using transportation IC cards (10 types of cards accepted nationwide).

Convenience Store
The convenience store is located in the Cafeteria Building. In addition to groceries such as bread and rice balls, beverages, snacks, daily necessities, stationery, and newspapers/magazines, it also carries local specialties from Nishi-Harima, and SPring-8 Goods are also available for purchase.

User time: Monday–Friday (10:30–20:00) Sat/Sun/public holidays (11:00–14:00)
Outside user time: Monday–Friday (10:30–15:00 / 17:00–20:00)

Health Management Office
The Health Management Office isD3 of the Storage Ringis located in. Wheelchairs and beds (2) for laying down patients are available (please sign in when using them).
Body fat scales/scales, blood pressure monitors, vision testers, and health-related books are also available for your use. On weekdays (9:00–17:30), first aid by a nurse is also available.
If you feel unwell or are injured during an experiment, over-the-counter medicines for injuries and oral use are also available. Please contact the Health Management Office (ext. 3299 or 999).
For illness at night or on holidays, you may use the over-the-counter medicines available at the Guest House front desk (ext. 8181). Please ask the front desk staff.
AEDs (automated external defibrillators) are installed outside the doors of Experimental Hall A1, B1, and C1 in the Storage Ring, as well as in the Health Management Office. First-aid kits (for injuries) are installed outside each door. Stretchers for transporting injured or ill persons are installed at A1, B1, C1, and D1.

Archives
The Archives are located in Storage Ring A2 and are available 24 hours a day to relevant staff and all users.
In the Archives, you may use academic journals and materials, search the collection, and search JCPDS cards (X-ray Powder Diffraction Database) within the Archives only.
